Introduction:

The conductive elastomers are commonly shielding material that aboard used in aspects of EMC ,and are the new polymer material that silicone rubber filled with tiny conductive particles according to a certain percentage.The filler are various,such as AG/Gl ,AG/Al ,AG/Cu ,C ,AG , Ni/C and so on.

The structure:

The main reason for having comprehensive performance is the two network formed inside the elastomer.
1) The mesh structure of the polymer chains formed after vulcanization provides physical and mechanical properties having rubber properties ,such as rebound ,compression and vapor sealing.
2) The 3dimensional conductive network made of conductive powder packed closely in the rubber network,provides the products needed electricity and shielding.
